Avoind These Cardio Machine Mistakes And Burn Fat Faster

Cardio exercise machine workouts are great and fun for burning excess body fat and building good cardiovascular health. These exercises not only help to burn body fat fast it will also strengthen your heart and lungs and thus reducing your chances of getting high blood pressure, stroke and heart diseases. Regular cardio exercises can also reduce bad cholesterol and raise the level of good cholesterol.

However, are you getting the most out of your cardio machine workouts? Are you using the cardio workouts machines for getting the best benefits of your exercises?

You probably are not if you just go to the gym and workout by yourself without the help of personal fitness trainers to show you the correct methods, therefore might not catch yourself doing some mistakes when exercising on cardio machines.

We shall now examine the more popular cardio workout machines and the common mistakes people commit when using these machines for their workouts.

Thes eare some common mistakes when doing exercise on cardio machines:-

Step up stair climber – This is perhaps the most common mistake for not getting the most out of the step up stair climber machine. Many exercising on this machine rest too much of their arm on the railing. By doing so, the railing now becomes sort of like a crutch as it will now support some of your body weight making the exercise less intensive.

Treadmill – The treadmill is perhaps the most popular cardio workout machine in the gym. A careful observation will show that many treadmill users run with too much up and downs. This mistake will wear out the person’s ankle and knee joints over time. The best method is to take nice long, smooth and porposeful strides during your cardio exercise routine.

Stationery Bike – When exercising on the stationery bike, do adjust the height of the seat to a comfortable level. I really don’t understand why many stationery bike users adjust their seats to be either too high or too low. I mean, why doing the cardio workouts in an uncomfortable way when you can perform them very comfortably.

When the seat is too low, it adds strain to your knees and spine. If its too hign, your butt will move from side to side. So besides not getting the best from your cardio workout on the stationery bike because your body weight will be involved when you peddle, you will also look weird. It is such crazy workout mistake right?

Other mistake I see many people doing so much is reading a book while on stationery bike exercising. That indicates that they might be exercising at very low intensity levels. Hey, how can low intensity cardio exercises work your heart and lung effectively?

Elliptical Trainer – This is also another bewildering common cardio workout mistake. You use the eliptical trainer machine to achieve good cardiovascular health and tone your body right? So why are you seeing those people doing eliptical trainer exercise routines at fast pace? So what is that mistake? The mistake is that they have set the resistant level too low.

When you are not able to break out sweat, you probably are not getting the best out of your cardio exercise routines. There is no wonder why people are not seeing the results they want with cardio workout routines?

Now you have an idea about the most common mistakes and how not to do them, so head out to your gym and see what kind of results will you get now. In a very short time, you will see your body toning up nicely, improvement on your cardio health being felt and visibly losing excess body fat.

Tom Venuto – Burn the fat Feed the Muscle.

I was struck with wonder when I heard about Tom Venuto.  Is it true that he could burn the fat? Could he teach me how to reduce my weight? How nice if he could tell me how to become lean?

There are people who advertise themselves as weight or fat loss coaches but are fat themselves, or they are good examples but lack the ability or the knowledge to teach the 4 learning types of people how to lose weight.

I learned that he was a world-renowned bodybuilder and weight loss coach after I did some digging about him. I have no idea if this personal trainer is trained or educated, but the pictures show what he can do.

Clearly the visual photos were concrete evidence to prove he was actually out there doing it and not just talking about losing weight.

There are a lot of people discussing this and usually there appears to be great results. Surely you have seen the television commercials that show people in before and after images that either prove the exercise, workout, or diet causes weight loss or they prove that the media exaggerates the results.

Being a bit skeptical is natural for me so I like to see three things happen before I believe in the system: it has to pass my own sniff test during the research phase, the creator has to be proving the results work for him, and also I want to see lots of his customers and followers proving they’ve successfully used it before I’ll believe it works.

It is common knowledge that there is a lot of exaggeration and deception in the area of health and weight loss. There’s all kinds of lotions, potions and pills which claim to slash the weight off your midsection in 10 pound chunks which take only 24 hours to do.

Obviously, you know there’s no way to rip 10 pounds of fat off your midsection in only 24 hours by only taking a blue pill and then sitting around on your ass and sleeping.

It requires some workout exercises and energy or altering your eating plan to get healthier, more nutrient dense, and lower calorie foods your body can easily burn off.

Burn the fat product is wonderful. It works well. It is not impossible, nor is it a miracle, but  a statement of fact. Tom has done solid research on the topic. He has been using it and his customers have used it successfully.

After lurking around the Internet I came across a couple of customers who were talking about the results they’d gotten which really convinced me it was worth giving this a shot.

When I started Tom’s Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are “too old” – think again.

Chris Brooke,
Marietta, GA

I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% bodyfat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass. “

Dave Mullen,
Gibsonia, PA

You see lots of health programs WORK for SOME PEOPLE in SOME CASES SOME OF THE TIME.

Can you cite one with acknowledged proof of working? The proof should be universal.

I don’t think so and that’s why testing out for yourself is the only way to know for sure.

Feed the Muscle in your body now.

Efficient Fat Loss With the Tabata Protocol

The “Tabata Protocol” is not new, but it’s possible you haven’t heard of it yet. It’s been around for a while, but just not actively discussed in a lot of fitness circles (with the exception of Craig Ballantyne, Men’s Fitness contributor and author of turbulence training). This is unfortunate, it can really help numerous people if they figured out how to get it into their regular fitness routines.

So What is the History of the Tabata Protcol?

Izumi Tabata, Ph.D. developed the Tabata Protocol originally for the Japanese speed skating team. Tabata was a researcher at Japan’s National Institute of Fitness and Sports. The Tabata Protocol is quite effective, to say the least. It may be the most time efficient fat loss workout known to man.

What’s Different About This Interval Routine?

Get this…the interval routine is six to eight hard 20 second intervals with only 10 seconds of rest in between! The whole routine only takes more than 3-4 minutes total, because it is smart to warm up for 5 minutes and cool down for 5 minutes…in reality, the actual work part of the workout is only 3 to 4 minutes.

Can You Really Burn Any Body Fat In 3-4 Minutes?

The secret to this type of short-term intense interval training is that it speeds up your metabolism and keeps it there for hours after you’re done. Burning fat for hours after the workout leads to very effective results. Keep your muscles healthy, because your body burns fat instead of muscle tissue.

Short Does Not Equal Easy!

Just because it’s short, it’s not exactly easy. It needs to be done right, and you need to commit to this type of program to see the results you’re looking for. Top athletes have to work hard to get through it, so stick with it and don’t become easily discouraged by how hard it is to get into it. Your aerobic and anaerobic abilities will be better, making you a better athlete, no matter what your sport is.

What Exercises Do You Do During the Tabata Protocol Program?

The choices are nearly limitless for this method of cardio workout. Try an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, or a track. Pretty much the only poor choice is a treadmill, only because it takes too long for the treadmill to adjust to different speeds and these intervals are so short. Anything that allows you to reach an intense level of exertion quickly will work perfectly.

The Tabata Protocol Will Improve Your Skills In Your Chosen Sport

Any athlete will benefit from the Tabata Protocol. It’s just another way of looking at high-intensity intervals. For example, a basketball player could jump for the rim hard for 20 seconds, then rest for 10. A runner can sprint hard for 20 seconds, then jog for 10. You get the picture.

Fitting the Tabata Protocol Into Your Workout Routine

Don’t be mistaken, this is not an easy approach to cardio. This intense form of exercise can replace your other high-intensity workouts for superior results. It will save you time, which many busy people can appreciate. A few brief days each week might be nice. Try it and see if you can get some results, it’s worth a shot!
