So besides not getting the best from your cardio workout on the stationery bike because your body weight will be involved when you peddle, you will also look weird. It is such crazy workout mistake right?
Other mistake I see many people doing so much is reading a book while on stationery bike exercising. That indicates that they might be exercising at very low intensity levels. Hey, how can low intensity cardio exercises work your heart and lung effectively?
• Elliptical Trainer – This is also another bewildering common cardio workout mistake. You use the eliptical trainer machine to achieve good cardiovascular health and tone your body right? So why are you seeing those people doing eliptical trainer exercise routines at fast pace? So what is that mistake? The mistake is that they have set the resistant level too low.
When you are not able to break out sweat, you probably are not getting the best out of your cardio exercise routines. There is no wonder why people are not seeing the results they want with cardio workout routines?

The U.S. space program used treadmills onboard Skylab to keep the astronauts in good shape, while they were in a gravity free environment. The first treadmill that was used in the space by the astronauts was just a Teflon coated plate that allowed the feet to slide while the astronaut ran in place with bungee cord tethers.
